apology in hand

for those of you who are hoping to just order studio calico's december main and nothing else, i apologize profusely. i borrowed liberally from all three addons when i made the following layouts.

this layout uses the main, strings, and percussion:

the one uses main, strings, and woodwinds. i think this is my favorite layout, simply because of the subject matter.

and this final one uses the main, strings, percussion, and woodwinds as well.

this month really got me going on scrapping our family vacation from 3 and a half years ago. i'm almost done with a 5th layout, but i'm going to have to wait on that one. this is it for me this month. considering i did the project kit, i think i did rather well. that baby took a good long time! but i LOVE it! can't wait to see what you do with december!

happy thanksgiving to my US readers :)

Oh, why do you do this to me? I'm already knee-deep in past kits and you're gonna make me buy everything this time around? What kind of friend are you?!?!? ;)

I thought I was going to be able to do a lot of resisting the old SC this month...you however may make a naughty girl of me!

I didn't realize it was possible to resist add-ons at SC. :)

I would have to say the same thing. I am horrible at resisting the add ons. Glad I am not the only one. LOL.

Hi Emily. I scraplifted your beautiful layout "mle". Here's my take on it: http://wickysticket.blogspot.com/2009/11/five-firsts.html
I saw the page up on the Sassafras blog, and I was looking for it here on your blog but couldn't find it. I know I'd seen it somewhere before--SC? WSC?
Anyway, yours of course is much prettier, but I really like my page too (smile).
