dreaming of poppies

supplies: looky there (arrow), souvenir (both sides),
storytime alphas and numbers stamps, tumbled glass ink, blank canvas paint.

today is the reveal of the august WCS gallery. our assignment for this month was to scrap 4x6s. the collective did some amazing things, so if you're itching to just scrap and not worry about cropping or enlarging, this is the gallery for you. here's my contribution, a personal dream of mine :) this layout features the documentary line from studio calico, it's just a bright and happy grouping of colors, just like poppies.

i'm also cohosting the SC blog this week with susan and monday is always challenge day, so here's my contribution to the challenge of making 3 cards. i used up the final wedding card i'd made last year, so i decided it was time to restock. i used the K&Co. die cuts that came in the Granny's Cupboard kit. my goal is to make 3 a day and use up all the die cuts. i have been summonsed to jury duty tomorrow, so we'll see if i accomplish my goal.

shop supplies: Blank Canvas white paint, bubblegum and green mists, foam tab circles

i'm almost done with 3 thinking of you cards now though, so it's going well.

tomorrow, SC starts shipping the august kit, summer camp. you have one more day to add anything from the shop or purchase the kit and any of the add ons footpath, adirondack, and elk lake.
