with not much news

just a quick update:

nana had vascular surgery last night to see if they could stop the internal bleeding. it was a successful surgery, but they changed her pain medication and that caused a drop in blood pressure during the night. she was in pain on and off all night. they decided to not do the pelvic surgery this morning. her abdomen is very swollen due to the bleeding, so they probably won't do the surgery for another couple of days. tom was doing pretty well, but had a rough night. he keeps trying to get up to take care of nana. not the best thing for recovery. they were going to move him out of ICU today, but i believe that has been postponed due to his rough night.

your love and prayers are so appreciated. please know we are feeling them.
