feeling very happy today

can you hear the angels singing? 

today is a gorgeous sunshiny day in colorado and i've spent the morning studying the scriptures. not the typical way i'd start out a blog post, but i have found so many answers today and my heart is light. and that makes me very happy. 

i am blessed. 

something i found funny in a serendipitous sort of way showed up in my studying this morning. i was reading isaiah 58:9

Then shalt thou call, and the Lord shall answer; thou shalt cry, and he shall say, Here I am.

i've been blogging for 5 and a half years. i went back and checked. when i named my blog, it was originally inspired by the children's game, "where is thumbkin." today my blog's name took on a whole new meaning. another thing to be happy about in my book.

today i will be so happy that when others look at me, they will be happy too (yes, pinterest).
