Here are my layouts using the AWESOME June kit, Candy Shoppe and the Day in the Life kit. I don't do Project Life, but so many of the things in that kit spoke to me, I had to try it out. This layout about my love for pink, this time in chucks form, uses the exclusive cards that my friend Stephanie Wheeler made, I love the text on wood, so cool! And our stamps are amazing, I used the TRUE STORY one from the main kit here. Love it in glittery gold!
My boy made some of the cutest faces when he was little, this is just one of them. This layout uses the Day in the Life kit's Crate Slide frames, so cute! It also features the exclusive Evalicious die cuts, we had a lot of exclusives in this month's kits, so fun :)
And finally, this layout didn't turn out quite like I wanted, there are some design issues that I should have caught, but didn't :) My design critique group over at Get It Scrapped would call me on a few things :) But it's a favorite layout because it's about an Invocation speech that included my daughter's name. One of her favorite teachers included names of the graduating seniors in different parts of the speech. I had her send me a copy of the speech, so that's housed in the pocked behind the photo. Just a neat memory.
I wish I'd had more time to work with this kit, but time was limited and this is all I got, it's a great kit, the colors and patterns are so happy and vibrant, I'm so excited to use the exclusive Simple Stories papers this month, I didn't have photos that really worked with them, but I loved the green chevron!
So head over and get yourself some candy, you can get all you want, no calories!
