version one, version two
this is my day four sketch for kelly's class. the first is what i initially did. the second is what happened when i kept hemming and hawing over version two. it needed just a bit more color. i like version two better. it seems to flow better.

Ah - cute! :) I love number two - the little pops of green make me happy. :)
I love them both - but #2 is just a touch brighter. What fabulous memories! Switzerland looks absolutely beautiful and I am in awe that you were brave enough to get into a hot air balloon. When I grow up, I wanna be Emily. LOL . Can't wait until Saturday when I can see your smiling face! :o)
